The Performance Indicator assessment measures behavioral tendencies in critical
job related competencies and provides suggestions for improvement of productivity,
quality of work, initiative, teamwork, and problem solving. Individual reports
for the employee's self-improvement and a management report are generated.

 

The provided results indicate the employee's response to job related stress,
frustration and conflict; whether the employee is internally motivated or will
need to be motivated from without; and how to best motivate the employee..

The assessment is easy to administer and takes 15 minutes to complete.
